“ Food was excellent and everyone working there was very kind. All the buffet items were cooked perfectly, delicious, and plated well for serving in buffet style ”
“ Tremendous food and good service. One of our favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ”
“ It's what we expected from this chain. Good food options, lots of staff to take empty plates, and a variety of seating options. One of the buffet lines is confusing because they want you to access only from one side, yet you need to go on the other side for the other buffet line. Not a deal breaker, just be aware so you don't get a skewed stare like I did. ”
“ Was in town for meeting. Found this AYCE place on yelp near where we stayed. The staffs were very nice and attentive. (Generally speaking, I really appreciate the fact that people we interacted with during our past few visits in Bentonville were mostly nice people ) The food was standard, no complaints. It's the perfect spot for us who were just tired of thinking where to have dinner. ”
“ Shumai appetizer was great. Beef fried rice was fine - basically what you'd expect. $23 for full meal, not too bad. ”
“ Have been here a few times over the years and finally got around to writing a review. First of all, I don't really eat sushi, I have eaten plenty of it just not something I crave. I do however love ramen and so does my 9 year old. I think it's as good here as anywhere else. This is Fayetteville not Japan. The food always comes out fresh and hot and the service is prompt and friendly. It's reasonably priced and conveniently located in east Fayetteville. One cool thing they do is bring an ice cream dessert for the table to share. Last time it was green tea ice cream with fried Oreo chunks and sprinkles. They also have a kids menu but my daughter always gets the chicken ramen. I always get the Chashu pork ramen. It's consistently good. Can't say anything about the other food they offer, but if you get a craving for ramen I recommend this place. ”
“ We like Asian Buffetts but many of them have several drawbacks: dirty unkept restrooms, disengaged staff, and so-so food. Not so at Tokyo House! First impressions matter, walk I the door and your immediately greeted by a smily host who engages with you and is ready to help, every staff member we see looks us in the eyes, smiles, greets us, the staff monitoring our table were fast and came back regularly, always friendly and helpful here some buffets you never see the staff and have to ask for refills etc. But the quality goes beyond the well trained staff. I'm highly visual and from the interior decor to the presentation at the buffets care is places everywhere to make everything look inviting. Most buffets just put out big troughs of food, here each dish is well presented and arranged, the food isn't just throw on the serving trays. Little things like not mixing the meat and vegetables in the broccoli and beef, instead letting you deci the mix the way you want it. Vegetables were not mushy nor under cooked too. The sushi buffet area is extensive with something for everyone. Well labeled and there is a sushi chef right there to help you as he makes more or customizes what you want. There is a Hibachi Mongolian style grill with everything you'd expect. And then the long main Buffet with all the traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese faire. I try to only take a bite or two sized portion so I can try many things. Even doing that there were too many things for me to try before I was full! A couple of little details, I don't always add a restroom image, often these kinds of places neglect the restrooms and they are often run down, dirty and smelly. This was not the case here, like up front it was nicely designed, clean and well kept, great job Tokyo House staff and management! We had a 20 month old toddler with us who had just woke up, she cn be grumpy and fussy when she wakes form a nap. The staff engaged with her too, talked directly to her but checked with her mom to be sure they were not overstepping and helped her feel welcomed too! I wish Tokyo House Sushi was closer to where we live, but even at an hour's drive it was worth the effort and we will make a point of coming back! ”
“ I can't stress enough how perfect this place is. Right under 30 bucks for one adult to stuff their face until the button pops off their pants. Made fresh in front of the diner, you simply can't ask for a better sushi option in Rogers...or NWA for that matter. Pace yourself, because of after one bite you're going to want to try everything. Squid, octopus, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp...there's something for everyone who enjoys sushi and sashimi. I stop here every time I'm in the area and there's no better place to pre-game for a concert at The AMP. The service is top notch (my glass never runs empty), the ambience is cool, calming, and peaceful, and the staff is exceptionally friendly from the hostess to the chefs. They tend to check on you with perfect timing and say just enough that you feel welcomed without feeling smothered. For some who may think "man, thirty bucks is kinda high": fret not. You won't find a better, fresher selection in the state. Considering some places charge $10-$15 a roll, the price is way more than worth it. ”
